Organization Ethics

Organization ethics refers to how an organisation should respond to its external environment. Organizational ethics refers to a set of guidelines and principles that govern how people should act in the workplace. It also refers to the code of conduct followed by employees in a given organisation.
 
Every business exists to make money, but the manner in which it does so is more important. No organisation should rely on unethical methods to make money. It is critical to recognise that money is not the most important factor; pride and honour are far more important. A person's first priority may be to make money, but he should not stoop to that level just to do so.

•    Children under the age of fourteen must not be employed in any organisation. Childhood is the most wonderful time of one's life, and no child should be denied it.
 
•    Employees should not destroy or manipulate information in order to obtain results. In the business world, tampering with data is considered unethical and unprofessional. Keep in mind that if one is truthful, things will always go in his favour.
 
•    Employees should not divulge any of the company's confidential information to third parties. Do not divulge any of your organization's policies or guidelines to anyone else. 
 
•    It is preferable to avoid discussing official matters with friends and family. Under no circumstances should confidential data or information be leaked. In monetary transactions and all types of trading, absolute fairness is required.
 
Organization Ethics
•    Organizations are prohibited from discriminating against employees based on their gender, physical appearance, age, or family background. Employees who are female must be treated with dignity. Do not require your female employees to work late.
 
•    Discriminating against employees because they do not come from a wealthy family is unethical. Employees should be judged solely on the basis of their work.
 
•    Employees must not be exploited by the company. Employees must be compensated for their efforts and hard work. If people are working late at night, make sure they are compensated for their time. Employees must receive their arrears, bonuses, incentives, and other reimbursements on time, according to management.
 
•    Stealing office property is strictly unethical.
 
•    Employee safety must be prioritised by the organisation. Individuals should not be put in dangerous situations.
 
•    Never making false promises to customers is unprofessional. The product must be clearly depicted in the advertisements. Don't make any promises that your company can't keep. To expect loyalty from your customers, you must be honest with them. It is completely unethical to deceive your customers.
 
•    The products should not endanger the environment or humans.
 
•    Employees on probation can be fired at any time, but employers must give one month's notice before firing permanent employees.
 
•    Permanent employees, likewise, must serve a one-month notice period before resigning from their current positions. Employees are unable to abruptly stop coming to work.
